Duct will be hitting the job in a month

This is a $32 Million Dollar new construction prevailing wage project (LAUSD) being built in the city of Sun Valley. The project address is 8601 Arleta Avenue (map). The HVAC has been awarded to Sheldon Mechanical Corporation, and the Foreman (Mike Boehammer) is now on site inserting hanger strap on the project.





 The Architectural Sheet Metal contract was awarded to Custom Metal Fabricators (C.M.F), and C.M.F is expected to start their work in January of next year. The general contractor is Clark Construction. The Superintendents for both Sheldon Mechanical and C.M.F do all of the hiring of sheet metal workers for their companies and should be contacted at their respective shops to find out if they will be doing any hiring to man this job.
