Arcadia High School Performing Arts Center

 This is a $20 Million Dollar prevailing wage project being built at Arcadia High School (map) and is scheduled to be completed by next summer. Iron workers are on site raising steel now, and the general contractor expects the HVAC contractor on site in about 30 days to start the rough in. Both the HVAC and the architectural sheet metal was awarded to union contractors.


 The HVAC was awarded to AireMasters Air Conditioning (map), and the architectural sheet metal was awarded to Troyer Contracting Co. (map).

 Both shops are located in Sante Fe Springs and the Superintendents for both shops do all of the hiring of sheet metal workers. You should contact them at their shops to find out if they will be putting on more men to cover this job. McCarthy Builders is the general contractor. Good Luck.
