University Marelich Mechanical & Crowner Sheet Metal awarded contracts on LA City College project!

University Marelich Mechanical & Crowner Sheet Metal have been awarded contracts for the brand new Student Union Building that will be built on the campus of Los Angeles City College. This is a new 3 story $35.5 Million dollar construction project and will be located at the intersection of Monroe Street & New Hampshire Avenue in Los Angeles.






 The project will break ground the 1st week of Febuary and is scheduled to last 18 months from start to finish. It will be 3 months before the project is ready for HVAC.
