Currently, only he and another journeyman are working at Blair Magnet installing panels. Both projects are additions to existing schools. Russ also told me that right now he is going back and forth between projects, but once work at S. Pasadena Middle School progresses, Atlas will assign another Foreman to run that project. Atlas has work on several projects in my area so if you can do that kind of work you should make an effort to try and get on with this company. Russ told me that company Superintendent (Eric Nelson) does all of the hiring for their commercial projects, and the owner of Atlas (Jim Odlum) does the hiring for all of their residential projects.
As far as the HVAC is concerned, Sigma Mechanical did the work at Blair Magnet and are basically done with their work. West Tech Mechanical is 90% roughed in at S. Pasadena Middle School, so your chances of getting put on over there with them are slim.
