Eberhard SMC is hoping to man up at Luther Burbank Middle School next week

You may remember that I posted that Eberhard SMC was awarded the architectural sheet metal contract on this project, along with Preferred Heating & A/C back in early January, but had not started work yet. Well I met with the Foreman (Raul Sanchez) running this project for Eberhard today who told me that they are only about 15% complete with their scope of work.


 Currently on site is him and 1 apprentice. The Foreman does expect, and is hopeful that work will be breaking loose as early as next week, and he said that he could have up to 6 guys working on site. The Superintendent does all of the hiring of sheet metal workers for the company and is usually in the office either early morning or late in the afternoon I was told. He did mention that Eberhard had guys sitting at home, but with a company as versatile as Eberhard that does both HVAC and sheet metal, this company is always a good choice to solicit when your looking for work.
