Liberty Climate Control awarded HVAC at Los Angles City College Project!

 I recently spoke to Liberty Climate Control Superintendent Pete Adame who told me that this project will consists of 2 parts. (1) Modernization of the Life Sciences & Chemistry Buildings (2) New Construction of the Health, Fitness & PE Building. Total project value is 24 Million Dollars.







The modernization project will be starting right away. Pete estimates that Climate Control will be on site in 2-3 weeks to start their work, which includes installing 15 fan coils w/ 10' of duct each.

 The new construction project will start right away but it will be months before the job is ready for HVAC. Please subscribe to this blog to stay on top of updates!

This is a LACCD (Los Angeles Community College District) project. LACCD has similiar goals to LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District) when it comes to local hire.
